You awake in a vast flat plane of low grass dwarfed by a power plant that is working at two percent capacity. The high voltage lines fill the sky in all directions. You can’t establish what direction the sun rose from. You start walking along one of the power lines, time passes with those environmental sounds shifting from embracing to menacing. You decide to walk away from the power lines and your view clears the power lines in the horizon and those embracing and menacing sounds continue.
