Keenan Johnston Being more familiar with Paul and Chris's brutal industrial metal side-project Skin Chamber, I was curious to hear where this album would place among CB's extensive and varied discography. Well, what we have here is an excellent collection of material that juxtaposes serene synths, vocals and occasional guitar with an unsettling backdrop of more traditional industrial sounds. These contrasting elements work well alongside the devotional feel of the music, creating a pensive, ethereal mood. Favorite track: Bright Shadows.
