" These recordings were made as part of a larger project I worked on for several years exploring the times of our lives we spend in sleep. I composed 'the fall into sleep' recordings as a soundtrack to my own sleep and an interpretation of dream states as I could best relate in a conscious state. In the late 1990s and early in the year 2000 I recorded 24 hours of these studies. Only a singe track of all of these recordings has ever been released until now. This collection is documented as '3' and consists of 5 tracks recorded as a set of 'acts'. "
